What is it?

Seated row variation targeting the back muscles. Attaching the barbell to your utility strap adjust it to suit your height and strength. This can be done anywhere without the need to attach to anything other than your equipment and you.

Setup

Feed resistant bands through loops of utility strap to suit your height then attach handle bar.
Grip bar with both hands sitting with back straight, head straight and chest up.

Movement

Pull the bar into your torso/chest. Return to starting position (controlling the resistance. Repeat
Hold the bar with a loose grip and squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull back.
