What is it?

Adding your ankle straps resistance band to give you an added extra to your Bodyxcore workout. The standing chest press is a quick way to build your chest muscles. 

Standing Chest Press Positions

Setup

Feed the resistant bands through each end of the utility strap and wrap around your back then attach handle bar in front of you.
Keep your back straight, head straight, chest up and stomach tight. Start with your arms straight down, with palms facing your thighs, on top of your thighs.

Movement

With your palms facing downwards, movement-pushing from your chest outwards until your arms are locked outs.
Resistant band can be attached to your ankle straps to give you tension in your legs
