What is it?

This can be great all over body exercise targeting your core strength as well as upper body. Superman plank press ups and other variations with the Bodyxcore resistance bands can be done anywhere anytime. 

Setup

Attach resistant bands to closed ankle and wrist straps.
Starting in a press-up down position.

Movement

Press-up and reach out with one hand as far as you can and then repeat for the opposite arm.

This can also be done by raising your opposite leg from your reaching arm as you progress.
